If you manage more than one venue, the "Multi-salon Company Report" will show you an overview of the main profitability indicators for each of your venues. The section is accessible for anyone with a multi-salon account by going to "Manager" and then "Company report".
Down the left side, you'll see an icon for each of your locations.
The "Multi-Salon Company report" is divided into 2 areas:

The Company Profitability report
The "Period" and "Sector" filters are also available to personalise your reports and target your analysis; you're able to choose a different period of time or a specific sector to look at individually.
Please note: In the report, there's an additional filter called "Select salons" which allows you to choose one or more of your salons to show in the report. By default, the filter selects all the salons in your account. By selecting a single salon the page is updated and shows the "Single Salon Company report".
The Control Panel is shown as soon as you open the page, and is a summary section containing 6 key areas.
Average Cost: The average client spends at each appointment in the selected salons. This is calculated automatically - the system will divide the takings of all of the selected salons by the number of all the receipts issued in the set period.
Revenues: The sum of earnings of the selected salons in the set period.
Number of visitors: The number of visits to all selected salons in the reporting period.
Services per appointment: The average number of services carried out per appointment in the selected salons. This is calculated automatically - the system will divide the total number of services performed by all of the selected salons by the number of all receipts issued in a set period.
Males: The number of appointments in all selected salons for male clients in the set period.
Females: The number of appointments in all selected salons for female clients in the set period.
Immediately below the "Control Panel" is the "Company Profitability" section, which allows you to compare the main profitability indicators of all of your venues.
Turnover: The salon's total earnings for the set period.
Services - Average Figures: The average spend of clients at each appointment. It's calculated automatically by the system by dividing the takings with the number of receipts issued in the set period.
Products - Purchases over visits: The percentage of visits to the salon that ended with the sale of a product. The value is calculated by the system by dividing the number of receipts issued containing a product and the total number of receipts issued in the period under review.
Promotions - % Promo: The percentage of turnover generated by the salon from the sale of promotional offers. The value is calculated by the system by dividing the total revenue generated by the sale of promotional offers and the total turnover of the salon.
