A Bundle is a promotion that can be created through Treatwell Pro. With this type of promo the customer can purchase a carnet of several services at an advantageous price.

How to create a bundle

To create a "Bundle" you need to go to the "Promotions" section of the side menu. Then click on the "+" button to open the menu of promotions (or on the "add a new one" link in the centre of the page.

From the "Add new promo" window, click on "Bundle" to open the edit page.

To create and customise a Bundle, you need to enter the following information:

  • Name of the Bundle: choose a name, preferably related to the services it will refer to.

  • Type and value: add the type of service or product included in the package (you can enter more than one). Indicate how many of these services will be included in the bundle and what the discounted price is.

  • Activation: in this area, indicate the period during which the bundle can be purchased.

  • Validity: select the days of the week, hours of the day and time slots in which the packages can be used. There is also an 'Expiry' option if you wish to set an end date for use.

After entering all the required data, click on the 'Continue' button at the bottom to create the bundle. All the features of the promo can be changed later by clicking on the 'Edit' button next to each entry.

How to associate a bundle with a customer

Sale

Go to the "Cash" section of the side menu and search for the customer's name on the search bar on the left.

Sell

  1. Click on the "Subscriptions and Promos" button in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Click on the "+" icon to add a promotion.

  3. Choose 'Bundle' in the list and select 'Sell' in the top right corner.

  4. Choose a payment method.

  5. If the customer is buying the package for themselves, select "Personal", otherwise click on "Gift" if the promo is for another person.

  6. Choose the staff member who will perform the treatments and click 'Finish'.

Association

  1. Go to the "Cash" section of the side menu and search for the customer's name on the search bar on the left.

  2. Click on the "Subscriptions and Promotions" button in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Click on the "+" icon to search for the promotion to be associated.

  4. Choose 'Bundle' in the list and select 'Update Existing Promo' from the top left corner.

  5. Once the customer is associated with the bundle, the automatic discount will be visible at the cash desk.

How to deactivate a bundle from a client

  1. Go to the 'Promotions' section from the side menu and select the bundle from the list of registered promos;

  2. Click on the "Activated Clients" button at the top right and search for the client;

  3. Click on the file icon in orange;

  4. a screen will notify you of the cancellation procedure for the receipt issued when the bundle was sold;

  5. Click on 'Confirm'.

How to delete a bundle

To delete a newly created or previously saved bundle, you will need to go to the "Promotions" area of the side menu, search for the promo from the list on the side, and click on the red "Delete" button at the top left of the screen.
