The Treatwell Pro Calendar shows all columns of the staff in your salon by default, regardless of who is actually working that day. When a team member is away, the area is greyed out, and while you won't be able to create appointments in their column, they will still be visible in the calendar.

This mode, however, could be inconvenient and unclear, especially if you have a large team and/or are working on a small screen, such as a smartphone or tablet. Often you don't need to have columns of absent collaborators in your calendar. To meet this particular need and to improve your productivity, we have introduced a new filter that allows you to view only the staff members who are at work.

Thanks to this tool, you will have full control over the working activity of your salon and you will be able to manage appointments even more efficiently and quickly, even through your mobile devices.

The "Collaborators At Work" filter is available on computers, smartphones and tablets. Using it is very simple:

  • from a PC: click on the dedicated drop-down menu, on the top bar of the calendar, and select "Collaborators At Work";

  • from a smartphone or tablet: tap on the calendar display options and choose the "Collaborators At Work" option.

If the filter is active and no team members are at work, a message will appear in the centre of the screen informing you of their absence. You can click on the " All collaborators" button to return to the default view of the calendar.
