How do I log in to Treatwell Pro?
Whether you’re using the Treatwell Pro app or you’re on the web, your login credentials will be the same.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you’re having trouble logging in, click “Forgot your password?” (just below the ‘Login’ button). We’ll email you a link to reset it so you can get logged in straight away.
It’s worth noting that to keep things secure, you’re the only person who can perform this action, and unfortunately our support teams aren’t able to see what your passwords are.
How can I change the email address that I use to log in?
With Treatwell Pro you’re free to use whichever email address is most convenient for you. However, once you’ve been created as a user, it’s not possible to change the email address that’s associated with you.
What you can do instead is create a new user using your new email address. As long as you’ve got the same role, you’ll be able to carry on as normal. You might want to delete the user which uses the old email address too, just to keep things nice and tidy.
