How to add a new user

A user is anyone who has access to and manages areas of the Treatwell Pro system. This can include members of your team, a salon manager, a receptionist or an accountant who needs access to the system.

Before you start, it is a good idea to have in mind what permissions you would like your new user to have.

To add a new user:

  1. Open the main menu of Treatwell Pro.

  2. Go to “Profile” and then the “Users” tab.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Add user”.

  4. You will be asked for your first name, last name, email and role.

  5. Click “Add” when you’re ready.

We’ll automatically send an email to the person asking them to create a password, and they’ll be able to log in straight away.
