With Treatwell Pro you have the great opportunity to receive online bookings in just a few clicks, 24 hours a day, from wherever the customer is and even when your salon is not open to the public.

In order to be able to make the most of and organise your time in your business, it is essential to keep up-to-date with the appointments booked online by your customers, both during and outside opening hours.

By downloading the Treatwell Pro Business app to your device (smartphone or tablet), you will be able to receive real-time push notifications that allow you to stay up-to-date.

This feature is enabled for Owner, Manager with reduce permissions and Receptionist access.

In order to download the Treatwell Pro Business app, all you need to do is follow a few simple steps:

  • Open the Apple Store for devices with the IOS system;

  • Open the Google Play Store for devices with an Android system;

  • Search for the app using the search bar and download it;

  • Open the application and log in with your credentials to access your account

The first time you download the application, you will be asked to enable notifications . You will then have to authorise them so that you can view them in the future.

Please note: if this step does not happen, simply go to the settings section of your device, locate the Treatwell Pro Business application and enable notifications.

When push notifications are enabled they will appear whenever an appointment arrives or is changed online.
