The Offline to Online Feature

As a salon partner, it's important to know that we offer your customers the option to manage their bookings made directly with you through the Treatwell app. This convenient feature enhances the customer experience and makes it easier for them to interact with your salon.

How Does It Work?

When a customer books an appointment directly with your salon, they will receive an email from Treatwell with a link to download our app, if they haven't already. By clicking on the link and entering their email address, they can access their offline bookings within the app. This means that even if they prefer booking appointments in person or over the phone, they can still benefit from the flexibility of managing these appointments online - as long as you've successfully added them to your PRO Calendar.

What Can Customers Do?

Through the Treatwell app, customers can view and manage their bookings with your salon. They can see their booking history from the past year, making it easier for them to rebook their favorite treatments with you. This seamless integration not only improves their experience but also encourages repeat bookings and customer loyalty.
