As a business owner, there'll be times when you need to purchase products or equipment outside of Treatwell Pro. However, you can upload the invoices for these purchases to the system, in order to keep a record of all of your salon's business transactions in one place.

To upload an invoice, go to the "Expenses" area from the main menu. Then, click on the "+" button or the "Create a new one" button in the middle of the page.

On the next page, fill in the information relating to the invoice. If the supplier doesn't exist in the system yet, you'll be asked to add their address and contact details.

Once the supplier has been created, you can add the details of the products purchased, their cost, the date of issue of the invoice and the payment method.

To make the process even easier, you can also upload the file directly from your computer. By doing it this way, the data will be automatically completed for you wherever possible.

The invoice is automatically saved and will be added to your records.
