If a client asks you to provide them with a VAT invoice for their booking, unfortunately, we're not able to do that on your behalf.

To explain it simply, this is because the Treatwell marketplace operates as a booking platform, which connects clients to our partner salons and facilitates the booking process. For processing the transactions between the two parties, we charge our partners a commission.

But, because Treatwell doesn’t charge any fees or VAT to the client, we’re not able to generate an invoice for them. We can only generate an invoice for the costs applied to you as a partner, which we do in our regular invoicing cycle.

Luckily, there are plenty of online resources available, such as templates, to make the process hassle-free for you if you don't have a system set up already.
