Treatwell's Top Rated initiative is an annual event that celebrates all the partners who, over the last year, have distinguished themselves by offering excellent service to their customers and who, thanks to their commitment, have received a high number of 5-star reviews.

TTo be eligible as a Treatwell Top Rated Partner in 2024, 95% of your reviews throughout the year must be 5 stars.

To keep things fair for both large and small venues, we also consider factors like the total number of reviews per active employee and the number of confirmed online bookings.

Only reviews left between 1st January 2024 and 30th September 2024 will be considered.

The Top Rated 2024 salons will gain various advantages, primarily in terms of visibility. Firstly, they will be marked with a dedicated badge on their Treatwell page.

Furthermore, they can be found more easily by customers within the app and the marketplace thanks to the search filter "Top Rated venues."

To ensure you receive the most ratings, make sure you get consent from your customers to send promotional and marketing communications (via SMS and/or email). For partners using Treatwell PRO, you can easily check your reviews by opening the PRO side menu and selecting the 'Reviews' section. This is where you can see all the feedback your clients have left. Keep in mind that only users with owner access can view the Reviews dashboard, ensuring your salon's feedback remains secure and only accessible to those with the proper permissions.
