We know running a business isn't straightforward, and there will be times when you need to arrange for a client to have their money back, whether that’s because of a cancellation, a change in the services they’ve received, or something else.
Some refunds will be taken care of automatically by Treatwell Pro, like if a client cancels their booking and they’re still within your cancellation policy. For everything else, you’ll need to let us know so we can process the refund for you.
Once the refund has been processed, we’ll also automatically email the client to keep them updated and take care of adjusting any commissions for you.
