How do I check and top up my SMS and email credits?

To send email or SMS communication to your customers, you'll need to make sure you have enough credit for the services you want to use. At Treatwell Pro, you can always keep an eye on your SMS/email credit and top it up when it's low.

Check your SMS and email credits

To check the number of text messages and e-mails still available, simply access the "Marketing" section from the side menu. You will see the number of credits you have under the "Create new marketing campaign" button.

How to top up credit for text messages and emails

  • Next to the credits available, there is a blue link that says "Top up credit.". By clicking on it, you will directly access the "Profile" section of the menu, from which you can purchase SMS and/or e-mail top-ups. Alternatively, you can access the same section by clicking directly on "Profile" from the Treatwell Pro side menu.

  • Within the "Profile" area, click on the "Add services" tab and then on the "Buy" button relating to the package you wish to purchase.

  • Select your desired number of SMS/email credits (the price of the package varies according to the number of SMS or emails selected) and continue by clicking on the "Go to checkout" button.

  • To finalise the operation, choose a payment method (credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal) and click on the "Buy now" button.
