Customising the price of a service

Some staff members are more experienced than others in performing specific treatments and may charge different rates than the list costs: Treatwell Pro offers you the possibility of charging different prices for a service, depending on the staff member performing it.

To set them, you will need to follow these simple steps:

  • Click on the "Team Member" section in the side menu.

  • From the list of operators in the left-hand column, search for and click on the name of the team member for whom you wish to associate a different price.

  • Scroll down to 'Active Services', where a list of all services performed by the team member is shown.

  • Click on the pencil icon next to the service to be changed.

  • In the price field, choose the price to be charged for the service performed by the specific operator and save the change.

Please Note: the default price that applies to each team member is the one set in the "Menu" section of Treatwell Pro: this figure will therefore remain valid for all team members for whom a different price has not been set.
