Some staff members are more experienced than others in performing specific treatments and may charge different rates than the list costs: Treatwell Pro offers you the possibility of charging different prices for a service, depending on the staff member performing it.
To set them, you will need to follow these simple steps:
Click on the "Team Member" section in the side menu.
From the list of operators in the left-hand column, search for and click on the name of the team member for whom you wish to associate a different price.
Scroll down to 'Active Services', where a list of all services performed by the team member is shown.
Click on the pencil icon next to the service to be changed.
In the price field, choose the price to be charged for the service performed by the specific operator and save the change.
Please Note: the default price that applies to each team member is the one set in the "Menu" section of Treatwell Pro: this figure will therefore remain valid for all team members for whom a different price has not been set.
