How do I add a client to a room?

From saunas to sunbeds, not all services that you offer at your venue will require a team member. That's why Treatwell Pro offers the "Spa Entrance" feature, which allows you to keep track of which service is taking place in each room in your venue. Every time you have a booking that uses a room without the need for a team member, it will be found in the "Spa Entrances" section, whilst any that use a team member will be in your Calendar.

In order to create these bookings and add a client to a room, you'll need to follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Spa section by clicking on the leaf symbol at the top of your calendar.

  2. On the left-hand side, you'll see the list of rooms in your venue (to create more, go to the "Team members and Rooms" section). Choose the room the client will be using and click "Add entrance".

  3. You'll then be able to select the service the client will be using in the room, e.g. access to a swimming pool or sunbed, as well as their name and expected arrival time.

    (Remember: the service you add can't require a team member. If you want to add a service that requires a team member, you'll need to add it in the Calendar)

  4. When you have finished, click the tick to enter the client. You'll then see the number of occupied seats (the capacity of the room) has changed to reflect this.
