How do I set up a treatment room?

The "Rooms" section on Treatwell Pro allows you to add services that don't require a team member, such as access to a swimming pool, sunbed or sauna. By setting up rooms for your venue, you're able to monitor their usage on the Spa section of your calendar, to keep track of how many clients are using them at a particular time.

To create a new room, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the main menu and go to “Team Members and Rooms”, then click on the “Rooms” tab.

  2. From there, click the "+" to add a new room. You'll need to write the name of the room, an abbreviation and its capacity.

  3. Click "Create" and you will then be able to set its opening times and any planned closures.

  4. In order to allow clients to book the room, you'll need to create entrance tickets, by adding an "Active service" at the bottom of the page. For example, if the room is a swimming pool, the entrance ticket will grant clients access to it for an amount of time and a price set by you.

When you have created the room, clients will be able to purchase entrance tickets to book the service online. To enter clients into the rooms, you'll need to go to the "Spa entrances" section of the Calendar.

You can delete the room at any time by clicking "Delete" in the left-hand corner.
