We know there may be times when a client will want to purchase a product or treatment without a booking. That's why Treatwell Pro allows you to keep track of these transactions by giving you the option to issue receipts, invoices and quotes.
To sell a product or service without a booking, you'll just need to follow these steps:
Go to the "Cash" area in the main menu. Then, click on the "+" button next to the client search bar or on the "Create a new one" link in the middle of the page.
In the "Add client" window, you can either search for the name of a customer who's already registered in your client list or create a more general transaction by choosing from the four categories: Male, Female, Child or Walk-in.
On the next page, you can complete the details of the transaction, including the treatments or products purchased, and the team member involved in the transaction/treatment. On the right-hand side of the page, you can see the subtotal, any discounts applied and any active promotions.
Finally, you'll need to choose the client's preferred payment method and click on the blue "Finish" button. Depending on your client's needs, you can issue an invoice instead of a receipt, download and send the receipt via email, and/or print it out.
The receipt is saved in the system and can be viewed at any time by going to the "Cash" section, and then the "Receipts issued" tab on the left.
