What to do if the customer does not receive an SMS confirming the appointment?

Appointment confirmations are the best tool to ensure that your customers always have an accurate reference on the date and time of their reservation, reducing the risk of it being forgotten about and the appointment missed.

Customers using the official Treatwell application can consult appointment details and receive reminders directly on their smartphones, through the app itself. If they don't use the app yet, we will send them a confirmation text message with all the necessary information about the reservation.

If the customer does not receive SMS confirmations, make sure that:

  • the customer's phone number is correct (you can do this by checking the appointment details in the calendar or in the client list).

  • the customer's telephone number was registered in Treatwell Pro before the appointment was booked.

  • the customer is aware that the sender of the confirmation message is Treatwell (and not your salon).
