If you'd still like to end your partnership, you'll need to make sure any outstanding balance on the account has been settled. Then, the account owner will need to contact us to provide us with:
The name of your venue
Your full name (the owner)
The reason you'd like to close your Treatwell account
The date you'd like to close your account
It's worth bearing in mind that there's a 30 day notice period to close your account, and a member of the team will be in contact with you to confirm once it's been done.
