How do I close my Treatwell account?

Are you thinking about closing your Treatwell account? We'll certainly be sad to see you go...

Treatwell Pro has all the tools you need to build your business, helping you get organised, get booked, get loyal customers and get noticed online. And we haven't stopped working yet; we're always trying to improve our software and add new features to help you fill your calendar and handle your admin seamlessly.

We appreciate all feedback and ideas, so get in touch to let us know what you need and we'll do our best to make it happen.

If you'd still like to end your partnership, you'll need to make sure any outstanding balance on the account has been settled. Then, the account owner will need to contact us to provide us with:

  • The name of your venue

  • Your full name (the owner)

  • The reason you'd like to close your Treatwell account

  • The date you'd like to close your account

It's worth bearing in mind that there's a 30 day notice period to close your account, and a member of the team will be in contact with you to confirm once it's been done.
