Maintaining accurate bank information in your Treatwell PRO Profile is now easier and more secure than ever, thanks to our new self-serve feature.

As part of the DAC7 compliance, it's crucial that your IBAN details are up-to-date to ensure seamless transactions and compliance with EU regulations.

How do I update my bank details?

Partners with owner permissions can directly edit their IBAN in the Treatwell PRO Profile. Simply click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the Profile section to update your bank details:

You can enter the bank account holder’s name and the correct IBAN, which will be securely validated according to SEPA standards.

For your security, the IBAN will be partially masked, showing only the first and last sections. This ensures that you can identify your bank information without exposing sensitive details.

About Permissions

Please note: only users with Owner access can make these updates. If you need additional team members to have this capability, you can request a custom permission from your admin.
