On Treatwell Pro you can easily change the order in which team members appear in the calendar.
Your team members´ names appear at the beginning of each column in the calendar, in the order in which they were added to the “Team members” section.
To change this order, follow these simple steps:
Go to the “Team members and rooms” section of the main menu.
Drag the team member's name to the desired position using the three grey bars next to their name.
Repeat the process for all the employees you want to move.
The team member at the top of the list will appear in the leftmost column in the calendar and will appear before the other employees when booking online.
