Keeping a tidy and duplicate-free client list shouldn't be underestimated if you want to keep your list accurate and up-to-date.
Luckily, it's possible to merge the information of two clients into a single contact, avoiding duplications in your client list. Here's how:
Open the "Client list" section from the main menu and click on one of the two contacts you want to duplicate
On the opened customer card, click on "Merge duplicates" under their name, and enter the first and last name of the duplicate contact in the search bar
Save the changes.
After saving, the duplicate will be automatically deleted from the Client list and the information will be merged with the associated contact.
Please note: The “Merge duplicates” process is irreversible, so once merged, contacts can't be separated.
