Appointment confirmations are the best way to ensure your clients keep their appointments in their calendars and avoid any no-shows. If your clients have the Treatwell app, they'll be able to see their appointment details and receive reminders there. If not, we'll send them an SMS to confirm their booking details.

If your client isn't receiving these confirmations, make sure you check these things before getting in touch with us:

  • Their phone number is correct - you can check this on their Appointment Card on the Calendar or in your Client List.

  • You put their phone number on Treatwell Pro before the appointment was booked.

  • Check with your client that their aware the sender should be Treatwell.

  • Try moving their appointment to the same time with another staff member.
