The clients who come back time after time make your business what it is. Every loyal client begins as a new one. So, how do we define new and repeat clients?
A new client is someone who:
Does not yet exist in your client list at all.
Was created in your client list over 365 days ago and has not had a Successful Appointment* at your business within the last 365 days.
Was created in your client list more than 365 days prior to making their next booking.
Was created in your client list less than 365 days ago but has not yet had a Successful Appointment*.
In every other circumstance, a client will be considered a repeat client.
Remember, not everyone who walks through your salon doors will book via the Treatwell app, website or widget, so don’t forget to add your full client details to Treatwell Pro. By adding their name, email address and telephone number, we’ll know whether they’re a new or repeat client.
You can find the full definition of new and repeat clients in our Partner Terms of Business here.
*A Successful Appointment is an appointment in Treatwell Pro (whether booked on the Treatwell website or app, Widget or directly at your venue) in which you have successfully provided your services to the client. This does not include consultations or patch tests.
