What do I do if my client doesn't show up?

We know how frustrating it can be if you're expecting a client and they don't show up for their appointment. In case this happens for any of your Pay at Venue appointments, you can cancel them with the cancellation reason "Client didn't show up". This no-show status will mean that the next time this client books with you, we'll let you know that they didn't make their last appointment.

To cancel an appointment for this reason, you'll just need to follow these simple steps:

1) Access your calendar and find the appointment for the client.

2) Open their appointment card and press the red bin icon to delete the appointment.

3) You'll then be asked to select a reason for cancelling the appointment, where you'll need to choose "Client didn't show up".

This option is available only and exclusively for Pay at Venue appointments. On prepaid online appointments, on the other hand, it is not possible to choose "the customer did not show up" as a reason .

Please note: You can only delete the appointment within 3 hours of the time it was due to happen.
