To send emails or SMS communications to your clients, you'll need to make sure you have enough credit. On Treatwell Pro, you're able to keep an eye on your credit and top it up when you're running low.

Checking SMS and email credit

Before purchasing more, it’s important to check your current SMS and email credit balance, which tells you how many messages you still have available.

Go to the "Marketing" section on the main menu, and you'll see your balance under the "Create new marketing campaign" button.

Topping up your SMS and email credit

  1. Next to the numbers of SMS and emails you have available, there is a blue "Top up credit" link. By clicking on it, you'll be taken directly to the "Profile" section, where you can buy new message packages. You can access the same section directly from the side menu on Treatwell Pro, by clicking on "Profile".

  2. From the Profile area, click on "Add-Ons", where you can find the "Buy" buttons for SMS and e-mail packages.

  3. After clicking on the "Buy" button of the desired service package, tick the top-up amount to be purchased (this changes according to the number of SMS or emails) and click the blue "Go to checkout" button.

  4. To finish your purchase, choose a payment method from the list (credit card, prepaid card or PayPal) and continue.
