Keeping the salon warehouse updated and having an exhaustive overview of inventories are essential actions for correctly managing orders and product availability during appointments. With Treatwell Pro, you have the possibility of downloading the product list in CSV format at any time.

Thanks to this file you will be able to:

  • analyse inventory and obtain detailed information on all products in stock, divided by columns (brand, product name, barcode, quantity, category/subcategory, sales and purchase prices, date of last update);

  • print the list of products in stock on paper;

  • plan purchases: based on the data collected, you will be able to plan your orders efficiently, avoiding waste or shortages;

  • analyse or integrate data with other software: the CSV format is compatible with most business management software and will allow you to transfer inventory more easily and conveniently.

To download the product list you can follow these simple steps:

Click on the "Products" item under the "Warehouse" section from the side menu

Click on the "Options” bar and then on the “Download full product list” option:

The file will be downloaded to your device, ready to be viewed and used (on some browsers a pop-up window may appear to allow the download and/or to indicate which folder to download the file to).

Once the download is complete, you will be able to open the CSV file with any spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or OpenOffice Calc:

  • On Google Sheets, go to File/Import/Upload and select the downloaded CSV file;

  • In Microsoft Excel, go to File/Import/CSV File and select the downloaded CSV file;

  • In Apple Numbers, go to File/Open and select the downloaded CSV file;

  • In OpenOffice Calc, go to File/Open and select the downloaded CSV file.
