How to unload a product

Using the 'Unload' function in the stock area of Treatwell Pro, you can better manage your products, so that you can always keep track of the amount of stock used in the salon during your work.

Thanks to this tool, it is possible to see if a product in the warehouse is being sold externally or used within the salon. It also indicates the employee unloading it.

You must first click on the 'Warehouse' section in the side menu and choose 'Products'. The unloading function can be completed in two different ways:

  • Click on the 'Unload product' button in the top right-hand corner (particularly useful if several products are being unloaded);

  • Search for a product from the list and click on it to open the pop-up window (this method is suitable if you only need to unload a specific product). In this case, after selecting the product, click on the ‘Unload’ button at the side of the pop-up window.

In both cases, the ‘Unload’ pop-up window will request the following information;

  • Whether the product is intended for sale or for internal use;

  • The number of items intended for sale or internal use;

  • The team member unloading the item.

Finally, click on the 'Save' button at the bottom to confirm the action.

Once the unloading operation is complete, the current quantity of the product in stock will be updated automatically.
