At Treatwell, we understand that you have a life outside of your business. From parental leave (maternity, paternity, adoption, etc.) to unforeseen personal circumstances - we know that sometimes you may need to take a break from running your salon.

In the case that you're starting a family, or you're experiencing a personal issue and need to take time out, simply get in touch with us and we can discuss your options to temporarily deactivate your account. While your account is temporarily deactivated, your menu and reviews won't be visible on the Marketplace and you'll stop appearing in search results.

Bear in mind that you won't be able to temporarily freeze your account if you have an outstanding balance with us so you'll need to make any payments before getting in touch. Don't worry, we won't charge any monthly fees while you're gone, so there won't be any surprises waiting for you when you get back.

When you're ready to come back online, you can reach out to us and we'll get your account back up and running.
