A bundle is a promotion that can be created through Treatwell Pro. With this type of promo, the customer can purchase a "bundle" or course of services at an advantageous price.

How to create a bundle

To create a "bundle" you need to access the "Promotions" section of the side menu. Then click on the "+" button to open the promotions menu (or on the " create a new one " link in the centre of the page).

From the "Add new promo" window, click on "Bundles" to open the edit page.

To create and customise a bundle, you need to enter the following information:

  • Name Prepaid Bundle : Choose a name, preferably related to the services it will refer to.

  • Type and value: add the type of service or product included in the bundle (you can enter more than one). Indicate how many of these services will be included in the bundle and the discounted price.

  • Activation: in this area, you can indicate the period during which the subscription can be purchased.

  • Validity: Select the days of the week, hours of the day and time slots in which the bundles can be used. There is also an "Expiry" option if you want to set an expiry date for the bundle to be available.

After entering all the required data, click on the "Continue" button below to create the bundle. All the features of the promo can be changed later by clicking on the "Edit" button next to each item.

How to associate a bundle with a customer

In order to associate the bundle with a customer, the promo must first be sold to the customer.

Sale

  1. Access the "Cash" section of the side menu and search for the customer's name in the search bar on the left.

  2. Click on the "Subscriptions and Promos" button in the upper right corner.

  3. Click on the "+" icon to add a promotion.

  4. Choose the bundle from the list and select "Sell" in the upper right corner.

  5. Choose a payment method.

  6. If the customer is purchasing the package for himself, select "Personal", otherwise click on "Gift", if the promo is intended for another person.

  7. Choose the team member making the sale and click on "Finish".

Association

  1. Access the "Cash" section of the side menu and search for the customer's name in the search bar on the left.

  2. Click on the "Subscriptions and Promos" button in the upper right corner.

  3. Click on the "+" icon to search for the promotion to associate.

  4. Choose the bundle from the list and select "Activate" from the top right corner.

Once the customer has been associated with the bundle, the automatic discount will be visible at the till.

How to disassociate a bundle from a customer

  1. Go to the "Promotions" section from the side menu and select the subscription from the list of registered promos;

  2. Click on the "Active Customers" button at the top right and search for the customer;

  3. Click on the orange file icon;

  4. A screen will notify the procedure for cancelling the receipt issued upon sale of the subscription;

  5. Click on "Confirm".

How to delete a bundle

To delete a subscription that has just been created or previously saved, access the "Promotions" area of ​​the side menu, look for the promo from the list on the side and click on the red "Delete" button at the top left of the screen.
